I SEARCHED FOR A PRODUCT ONLINE AND IT'S NOT SHOWING UP?
It may be that the product you're searching for has been discontinued or had a product code change. It may just be out of stock for a while and waiting to be restocked. 

 

 CAN I TRY A SAMPLE OF YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE I BUY?
Yes! Just send us and email and our team will be able to help you. We sometimes offer a selection of samples online with a purchase as well.

 

 DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS THAT CAN HELP WITH ECZEMA?
All of our products are sourced from all natural ingredients. You will find there are some products that are common in use for reducing common skin care conditions. However, unfortunately we cannot directly recommend any products relating to medical conditions, even common ones such as Rosacea and Eczema, as we are not medical professionals and we do not want to exacerbate any symptoms because of a lack of medical knowledge.

If you have any concerns about the use of particular Libiki Shop products in relation to a medical condition, you should speak to a qualified medical practitioner for advice.

 

ARE THE LIBIKI SHOP PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR USE WHILE PREGNANT?

Libiki Shop products are safe for use during pregnancy unless otherwise indicated on the product packaging.
 
We use all natural ingredients that are carefully selected for their high levels of purity and consumer safety. However, if you have any concerns over the use of any products during your pregnancy, we recommend that you consult your medical practitioner for advice.

 I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER/DELIVERY?

If you  do not have an account, you can track your order by waiting for your order confirmation email.

When you place an order with us, you receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation, the second is the shipping confirmation. On this second email is the link you need to track your order on the shipping company's site.
